HOW TO ORDER FROM UTDS?

Please send your orders via email along with the full name and address. Reply can normally be expected within 24 hours.

WHAT SERVICES CAN I EXPECT?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. All the items will be taken with great care while packing and handling. To make sure packages reaching their destinations in the shortest range of time, only First Class Mail (UK) and Priority Airmail (Europe & RoW) will be used.

To avoid packages being lost during the post, registered airmail only when sending orders to Middle East, Latin America and Africa. This also applies to orders of more than £50.

PERMANENT OFFER: 3% discount for orders over £50, 5% off for any orders above £100.

HOW IS P&P CALCULATED?

Postage rates for CD & TAPE:
- United Kingdom: £1.00 for the first item, no additional charge for each thereafter.
- Europe: £2.00 for the first item, no additional charge for each thereafter.
- Rest of World: £3.00 for the first item, no additional charge for each thereafter.

Postage rates for 7" EP:
- United Kingdom: £1.50 for the first item, £0.50 for each additional one.
- Europe: £2.50 for the first item, £1.00 for each additional one.
- Rest of World: £3.00 for the first item, £1.50 for each additional one.

Postage rates for 12" LP / 10" MLP:
- United Kingdom: £3.00 for the first item, £1.00 for each additional one.
- Europe: £4.50 for the first item, £1.50 for each additional one.
- Rest of World: £6.50 for the first item, £2.00 for each additional one.

Postage rates for 12" DLP:
- United Kingdom: £3.50 for the first item, £1.50 for each additional one.
- Europe: £6.00 for the first item, £2.00 for each additional one.
- Rest of World: £9.50 for the first item, £2.50 for each additional one.

Postage rates for MERCH:
- Shirts and zines shall be precisely calculated depending on the weight and place of destination.
